Yes... it's now official. We have sold our house. We are having to pay out of pocket. Not a lot but still, not what I wanted to do. But looking around our neighborhood and Sierra Vista in general, we are really lucky to have sold it as fast as we did.... a month and a half!!
So where do we go from here? Well let me tell you.... The boys and I are going to stay with my sister-in-law in North Carolina for a couple of months. Steve is going to be in Florida looking for starting school, and looking for a job.
{so if you are in Florida, specifically the Daytona area, and have a room the husband can rent for a couple months.... let me know}
So here we go {again...} packing, moving, uprooting and planting again. I"m looking forward to our new adventure, and I'll keep you all updated.

Boo! for you moving so far away. Yeah for you selling your house so quickly! I am very excited for you guys that is such a fun experience for you guys to move around good thing you're the social butterfly that you are. At least we'll have a place to stay when we visit the East Coast...don't get blown away by a hurricane :) Love you guys. Good luck with the move.
Congrats on the sale! And good luck with the next few months. Aaron was telling me about Steve's program. You will still be done BEFORE we are, we started 6 years ago and still have 5 to go.
What a relief it must be to have your house sold! One less thing to worry about. Hopefully things continue to fall into place for you guys!

Whew! Your house did sell fast! That will be rough being apart from Steve for so long, but at least this time you'll be in the same country! I hope the packing and the moving go okay!
Why North Carolina? It's not that it's particularly close to Florida (in case you haven't seen a map lately). :)
